“I use technology
to tell stories
…that do good.”

Biography
After graduating in Video Design from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Rome, I began working as a junior visual effects artist on Italian and international film productions. My experience in visual communication and motion graphics led me to work on broadcast television and advertising projects. Over the years, I have witnessed a digital revolution: advances in compositing and 3D software have brought a wide range of skills together within a single workflow, enabling increasingly complex and innovative productions.
I have taken on challenging projects, supervising workflows that combine green-screen filming, camera tracking, and real-time 3D in Unreal, while balancing budgets, teams, and delivery schedules. Today, I integrate a range of AI tools into my work, always weighing up where they add value and where traditional methods remain the right choice. One thing my experience has made clear is that AI without human direction produces mediocre, unusable results.

Virtual sets & VFX
Visual effects require a delicate balance of art, technique, and creativity. Choosing the right working methods and an effective workflow is essential when managing ambitious projects.
Working with Alberto Angela on his documentary films, we developed a range of techniques for managing real-time virtual sets that are unique in Europe.

Motion graphics
Visual storytelling comes into its own in motion graphics. Here, graphic design, 3D elements, and cinematic language come together in compositions with a powerful visual and emotional impact.
Using tools including Cinema 4D and After Effects, I have designed and produced graphics for television, advertising, and institutional communications.

New Media
As technology advances, communication reaches audiences through ever more powerful devices. Keeping up is essential to making the most of new opportunities. I have helped create immersive audiovisual experiences, including video projections and VR content, for exhibitions and institutional events.
Visual communication in the age
of Artificial Intelligence
For someone as passionate about technology as I am, artificial intelligence is an extraordinary tool. I have always been fascinated by science-fiction stories in which robots interact with humans. I used to think it would take far longer to get there, yet here we are.
My natural curiosity led me to take an immediate and deep interest in this new technology.
We are witnessing a real revolution in the world of work, particularly in visual communication. I believe it is essential to follow the development of AI tools, both for professional reasons and to fully understand the benefits, as well as the social and environmental challenges, that this technology can bring.
